All About Easter!

Craft Group will meet Tuesday, April 19th at 6:30 pm at Libby Tweet's home.
We'll be working on the following Easter projects or bring your own project to work on!

Fillable Soft Eggs

Materials:
Felt version:
- felt (approx. 5" x 7" per egg)
- embroidery thread and needle
- button (one for each egg)
- embellishments (optional)
- pins, scissors

Fabric version:
- fabric (approx. 5" x 7" per egg)
- heavy interfacing (same amount as fabric)
- thread for sewing machine
- button (one for each egg)
- embellishments (optional)
- pins, scissors

Easter Pails

Materials:
- container such as a pail, bucket, or anything with a smooth surface
- sheet/roll of vinyl (sold at Walmart, Michaels, Joanns)
Libby has a Silhouette cutting machine we can use for a 50 cent contribution to the 'keep it running jar' :)

Faux Tie

Materials:
- 1/4 yard of fabric
- coordinating thread
- elastic (measure the size collar it will be used for and add and inch for sewing together)
- measurement for how long you want the tie to be (usually to the top of the belt)
- pins, scissors, hand-sewing needle

Reversible Dress

Materials:

- for the pattern use a jumper dress in the size you want to make it

- fabric- enough to cut out a front and a back for both the inside and outside layers of fabric

- coordinating thread

- ribbon for the four ties (about 19 inches long each) so 76 inches total

- pins, scissors
